Robert is an absolute lifesaver. Came home Sunday from vacation to a slab leak and flood. He was here by 8 AM the next morning and had everything repaired correctly and was gone by 12:30. Beyond grateful for his professionalism and help. K&K is the best.

They were great! When I called they were very nice and cared about my problem that I was having. They were out by the afternoon and the problem was corrected in a timely manner. Update: Now they've been out several times for different repairs we've needed, and we'll still give them a call for the next one. I like knowing that there's a trustworthy person to call who will get a crew out to handle whatever the disaster is this time. The guys fixed the sewer backup at our rental house on the same day, with clear communication before the appointment and a thorough explanation afterward. The temporary fix will allow the tenants to use their bathrooms for now, and we'll schedule the permanent fix with K&K as well. Even though I haven't met them in person, the tenants have given me good feedback about them, and I really appreciate knowing we can rely on them when issues arise.
